1. Free shipping applies to any pre-paid orders over $250.00 (not including tax). C.O.D. orders, remote areas and bulky shipments do not apply. Extra insurance may be required on some orders.

2. The Post Office's C.O.D. charges are high. It is much less expensive to pay by credit card. The minimum cost for C.O.D. + shipping is $30.00. (It is suggested to order a minimum of $150.00 on C.O.D. orders; if not, the shipping charges may be more than the cost of your product.)

4. If you are paying by cheque or money order, please include 5% GST. (British Columbia customers include 12% HST. Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland/Labrador customers include 13% HST). Also, please include a minimum of $25.00 to cover postage and insurance. Orders are held until the cheque clears the bank, unless certified. If you have over paid, a refund will be issued. There will be a $100.00 service charge added to any NSF or stop paid cheques.

5. If for any reason you have an unclaimed COD or a returned COD shipment, the shipping costs incurred will need to be cleared up before another order can be placed.
